IT's x-mas time again!

Every year, I look forward to our local Christmas market. This year, you will find local traditions at Hohe-Mut-Bahn cable car, Spar supermarket, Jenwein hotel and Edelweiss-Schirmbar.

IT's x-mas time again!

Our wood carver Bernhard offers the most beautiful things: wooden bowls, figurines, decoration items for yourself, your loved ones or your Christmas tree.

christmas cookies – finally!

Last week I accidentally stumbled over some exhibition cookies. Kathrin has so many nice things made of wool – warm and cosy.

And no worries, I certainly will finish your cookies before Christmas. Thank you! :-)

tips from the pro

I want my ice man to be spectacular. So I'd rather get some advice from a pro. Our local expert Christian has made snow and ice sculptures in Gurgl for many years.

Who else would I turn to for snow carving advice?

tips from the pro

Our Christmas market offers local and regional products, textiles, wooden art and decoration items. Come, take a look and taste some traditional food. And don't forget to sip a cup of mulled wine!

The Christmas market will take place from Friday to Sunday during pre-Christmas season from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Traditional music will play from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and ice carver Christian will showcase his carving skills live.

Where to go? To the bottom station of Hohe-Mut-Bahn cable car.

Til next time – thanks for reading and listening!

All the best,
Manuel from Chalet Obergurgl
