Order your bakery at http://shop.chaletobergurgl.at/. We will deliver your order to your apartment door on the next morning and add the amount to your bill. 

There is also a bakery next to the church as an alternative.

You will find bathrobes and slippers for adults in the cupboard. We do not provide bathrobes for children.

You have a reason to celebrate? Let us know beforehand. We are happy to organise cakes, flowers, a delicious gondola ride or a helicopter flight. Just give us a heads-up one or two days prior to the event.

For your safety, we use CCTV in the following areas:

• pool area
• ski room
• car park and garage
• all entry areas

All data are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Should you arrive later, please let us know.

We kindly ask you to settle your bill by about 5:00 pm on the day prior to your departure to avoid unnecessary waiting. Please leave your apartment by 10:00 am in order to allow enough time for our cleaning staff to prepare the apartment for arriving guests.

Late check-out is possible depending on other bookings for a 50-Euro surcharge.

Our cleaning staff will make your beds, air the rooms and dispose of waste daily. Please separate the garbage as much as possible and prepare it for removal.

In Chalet Obergurgl we have two charging points for your electric car with up to 16A. Please let us know in advance, so we can reserve your parking spot.

Our fitness studio is located on level 0 next to the ski room. Enjoy your workout with our state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment. Use at your own risk.

If you have dirty laundry, we take care of it. You get a basket in your apartment. We put it into the washing and dryling machine. After that you get your laundry in the basket back. Please let us know at the reception.

We charge EUR 25,- for this service.

All our apartments are non-smoker apartments. You can find an ashtray on your balcony. Please use it and don't throw the cigarette butts away. Usually they end up on another balcony or our animals eat them in summer and get sick.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we will have to charge a fee of 250 Euros and three daily rates for dislodging other guests should special cleaning be warranted due to the smell of smoke.

You can park your car free of charge in our outdoor car park. Parking in the underground garage costs 10 Euros per car per day.

NOTE: maximum height is 3.20 metres

Our post office and postal services can be found next to the Doctor and the tourist information point next to the main road.

Please use our ski room to store your equipment. We kindly as you not to wear ski boots inside. Not only is it dangerous, it also makes a lot of noise. And your boots will be warm and cosy if you use our ski boot dryer.

A toll sticker (Autobahn-Vignette) is required for motorways. Maximum speed on motorways is 130 km/h.

No toll sticker is required for Fernpass mountain pass. Don't follow your GPS if it wants you to use the motorway close to the town of Imst. Remain on the same road – it is free and as fast as using the motorway.

NOTE: All vehicles are required to have winter tyres in Austria from 1 November to 15 April.

The next train station is located in the town of Ötztal Bahnhof (yes, the name of the town is 'train station'). The train station is about 60 kilometres (1 hour) from Obergurgl.

Our pool area is open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Our sauna is a nude area and opens at 2:00 pm. You can find sauna towels (yellow and white stripes) in the sauna area. Please use the baskets provided or the big cupboard for used towels. Please do not take sauna towels to your apartment.
